| Welcome Hart Friends, Families, and Students!
As I enter my 6th year at Hart I find myself continually amazed by the dedication that exists in the parents, students, and staff that call Hart home. We have staff and parents that live the motto, "Whatever it Takes" when doing what's best for each child. Additionally, our students have an unsurpassed drive to be successful. As an administrator I always have an open door for each of my customers. If there is anything I can to do support or enhance your child’s schooling experience let me know. I’m glad you’re here and look forward to great things for your child!
As for my own family; I am very proud of the 3 souls who enrich my life each day. Lisa, my wife of 15 years is a 1st grade teacher. We first met in high school and have been inseparable ever since. She is a gifted teacher, incredible mom and wonderful wife.
My oldest child, Austin, is a 6th grader at Sloan Creek Middle School. He is a funny little man who’s primary goal in life is to have fun. He loves school very much and is always up to learn something new. We spend most of our time together doing anything related to soccer, as we are both huge fans. Austin has played year round club soccer since 2nd grade and never seems to tire of the intensity that goes with it. Austin has a truly amazing sense of humor. Since he was a youngster he has had the uncanny ability to “own” a room. So far he has been able to channel it in appropriate ways while at school. We’ll have to see how long that lasts.
Corie, my sweet princess is in 3rd grade at Lovejoy Elementary. She is an amazing little girl with a sweet heart, a great sense of humor, and a stellar imagination to boot. She is a true outdoors lover, but is never afraid to dress up. In fact, it’s not uncommon for me to find her in a satin dress and heels while digging for worms and pill bugs in the backyard. Corie has been working on her short term business plan the past year. She will spend hours making signs to hang on the front windows of our house for her business, “Care-Now for Dogs.” Her pricing is quite amazing at $2 for big dogs and $1 for little dogs. We’re not real sure what that money buys, but she sure is set on a great price. Periodically we even get written prescriptions for our 3 dogs. Sounds like a great career in veterinary medicine doesn’t it?
